By accessing or using the PreTCG website (pretcg.com) and placing orders, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. Products and Listings

PreTCG sells genuine Pokémon Trading Card Game products, including individual cards, sealed products, and graded collectibles. All product descriptions are made in good faith and are as accurate as reasonably possible. Product images are representative and minor variations may occur.

• We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer.
• All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
• Prices may change without prior notice; the price at time of confirmed order is final.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of a pricing error.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email. We accept PayPal, major credit and debit cards, and select cryptocurrencies. Payment must be received in full before items are dispatched.

4. Pre-Sale Orders

Pre-sale items have an estimated release/ship date. These dates are estimates and may change due to manufacturer delays. By purchasing a pre-sale item, you acknowledge the potential for delay. Pre-sale orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the item ships.

All content on this website — including logos, images, text, and design — is the property of PreTCG or used with permission. Pokémon, the Pokémon logo, and related trademarks are the property of Nintendo/Game Freak/Creatures Inc. PreTCG is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these companies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PreTCG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services or products.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmed payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Pre-sale orders ship once the product becomes available.

All orders include tracking. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. You can use your tracking number on our Track Order page or directly on the carrier's website.

4. Packaging

All cards and collectibles are packaged with care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition:

• Individual cards are sleeved and placed in rigid card holders or toploaders.
• Sealed products are wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in appropriately sized boxes.
• Graded cards are secured with foam padding and shipped in sturdy boxes.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please:

• Check the tracking information on our Track Order page.
• Check with neighbours or your local post office for missed deliveries.
• Contact us at support@pretcg.com if the issue persists.

For lost packages (confirmed by carrier investigation), we will either reship the item or issue a full refund.

6. International Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping cost. Please check your local customs regulations before ordering.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address changes after order confirmation may not be possible once the item has been dispatched.
